Yusuke Isoda

After graduating from university, he has consistently worked in recruitment and executive search. He began his career at Intelligence, Ltd. (now Persol Career), a leading Japanese recruitment company, where he received the company’s MVP award six times, including the overall MVP. To support the company’s overseas expansion, he was assigned to its Singapore and Vietnam subsidiaries.
Subsequently, he became the first Japanese national to join the Singapore office of Sports Recruitment International, a UK-based headhunting firm specializing in the sports industry, where he launched the company’s Japan business. After working in Singapore, he relocated to Japan and supported recruitment and career transitions for international sports governing bodies in Ireland as well as European football clubs.

Yusuke Yamanaka

Having worked at both Japanese and international PR and branding agencies, I have primarily handled public relations for foreign companies entering the Japanese market, as well as overseas PR and branding projects for Japanese companies. As PR Manager at the Chinese bike-sharing company ofo, I oversaw public relations activities for the company’s entry into the Japanese market.
Since joining HALF TIME in 2018, I have been in charge of overseeing its media, PR, and branding services.
I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in International Event Management from the University of Brighton in the UK.

Domu Kumagai

After graduating from university, Domu Kumagai began his career at Nippon Life Insurance, where he broke multiple sales records in both individual and corporate sales before serving as a sales manager.
He then joined PR TIMES as a PR consultant, supporting clients across a wide range of industries while also leading the launch of “SPORTS TIMES,” a dedicated PR initiative for sports teams and organizations. Within less than a year, he built partnerships with over 80 organizations, including professional baseball teams, B.League basketball clubs, and J.League football clubs.
In 2019, he joined HALF TIME Ltd. as COO, overseeing business development, sales, and marketing. He supports companies in the sports business industry with PR, recruitment, and brand strategy.
A former Koshien baseball player and team captain, he relocated to Vietnam in 2022 and is currently based in Thailand.
