With the purpose “Creating a society full of fulfillment through sports” and the mission “Leading Asia and the world as a sports market,” HALF TIME has been developing a variety of businesses. Through its recruitment services, the company contributes to the further growth of the sports industry by promoting talent mobility within the sector.
The newly recruited Recruitment & Career Consultant will be responsible for a talent-matching service that connects companies seeking to hire with job seekers aiming to build careers in the sports industry. Together with the department head, this person will play a key role in driving the growth of the recruitment business. Since there are already many existing clients, the focus will be on client management rather than new business development.

Main Responsibilities
・Mid-career recruitment support for sports organizations and sports-related companies (understanding hiring needs, creating job postings, recommending candidates)
・Career support for job seekers aspiring to work in the sports industry (scouting candidates from our proprietary database, online interviews, job introductions, interview coaching, etc.)
・Supporting clients’ recruitment branding and PR activities through HALF TIME’s owned media and other resources

・Flexible working styles are promoted. In addition to full-time employment, reduced working hours, as well as contractor or part-time contracts, are also possible. (Contractors may be considered for future full-time positions.)
・Work is fully remote and not restricted by location. However, during the initial onboarding period, attendance at the Tokyo headquarters may be required for orientation and training.
