Bundesliga International

An invitation-only business event hosted by the German Bundesliga for the first time in Japan. HALF TIME provided end-to-end support in English, from program development and topic coordination to speaker management, attendee recruitment, and on-site operations. The event welcomed approximately 60 participants and helped create new business opportunities.

WSC Sports

An Israel-based AI-powered technology provider for the sports industry. Through its sponsorship of the HALF TIME Conference, WSC Sports appeared alongside its customer, the J.League, and connected with approximately 500 attendees. Following the event, a feature interview with WOWOW highlighted the impact and value of its technology.

Yappli

We co-hosted an online seminar aimed at lead generation for B2B companies.
Our team was responsible for setting timely and relevant themes as well as coordinating speakers from the sports industry. We jointly handled promotion and event operations, resulting in a highly popular seminar series that consistently attracts 100–200 participants per session.

The Nippon Foundation

We planned and managed the inaugural Sustainability Conference, co-hosted by The Nippon Foundation and the J.League.
The event was held as an in-person conference with approximately 200 participants, targeting sports organizations and general corporations. Our responsibilities included event planning and project management, attendee acquisition and registration management, operational design, and on-site event execution.

Nippon Life Iinsurance

HALF TIME Magazine produced feature articles on Nippon Life’s “Running Class” initiative with sprinter Yoshihide Kiryu, which has been held since 2018. Through interviews with Kiryu and the company, we delivered their brand story.

Bridgestone

As a Worldwide Olympic and Paralympic Partner, Bridgestone supported the Tokyo Games while promoting parasports. Through the HALF TIME Conference and HALF TIME Magazine, we showcased the company’s DE&I initiatives centered on branding, internal engagement, and innovation.

Sumitomo Rubber Industries

HALF TIME Magazine created branded content on DUNLOP’s partnership with the Australian Open, one of tennis’ four Grand Slam tournaments. The articles highlighted how the partnership contributes to tennis development and next-generation talent in the Asia-Pacific region.

University of Tsukuba

HALF TIME Magazine promoted the new Sport Wellness Management field within the Sport Wellness Science Master’s Program, launching in April 2025. The campaign aimed to boost participation in open campus events and increase applications.

Japan Post

For the newly launched owned media JP CAST in January 2022, we handled coverage and article creation on Japan Post Group’s sports support initiatives. The content was also published on HALF TIME Magazine to further raise awareness of the company’s activities.

Shibuya City

We covered and reported on “SportAccord Shibuya,” an event hosted by Shibuya City to promote sports, publishing the article on HALF TIME Magazine. Beyond attendees, the content helped communicate the city’s initiatives more broadly to industry stakeholders.

East Asia Super League (EASL)

For the inaugural season of Asia’s premier basketball league, EASL, and its Champions Week held in Japan, we supported domestic PR strategy, press operations, media briefings, and social media management (X and Instagram).

Major Consulting Firm

In Melbourne, Australia—the nation’s “sports capital”—we coordinated participation in the SportNXT sports business conference and tours of leading stadiums and arenas. The program also included individual discussions with executives from top leagues such as the AFL and NBL.

Valuence Holdings

Valuence Holdings is advancing “dual career recruitment,” enabling athletes to pursue both competitive sports and professional careers. Through HALF TIME Magazine, we introduced the company’s initiatives and outlook, supporting awareness and recruitment promotion.

Azusa Sekkei

HALF TIME Magazine produced content on the design vision of Kamaishi Unosumai Recovery Memorial Stadium, created by Azusa Sekkei, during the final season of Rugby Top League 2021. The articles showcased the company’s sports design expertise to both industry professionals and fans.

Cross Sports Marketing

We planned and produced the website for the “Sponsor Matching Service” of the professional 3×3 basketball league 3×3.EXE PREMIER, connecting teams with potential sponsors. The site launched in line with the 2023 season.

Vimeo

For global video platform Vimeo, we produced a seminar and networking event on “Video Marketing,” featuring speakers including Yokohama FC from the J.League. The session introduced Vimeo’s core video services and supported lead generation.

NEC

HALF TIME Magazine produced articles on NEC’s sports industry DX solutions. We introduced innovations such as the “Athlete Development Support Platform,” transforming coaching environments, and the “Facial Recognition System,” now essential for sports events in the with-COVID era.

JTB

HALF TIME Magazine partnered with JTB, Japan’s largest travel company, to highlight their unique initiative combining tourism and parasports: “Onsen Boccia.” We joined a monitor tour in Ito City, Shizuoka, introducing both the appeal of the sport and its potential as a tourism program.

Osaka Seikei University Sports Innovation Lab

For the third term of the “Sports Innovation Academy” in Osaka, we supported awareness and enrollment. HALF TIME Magazine featured an interview with Masaaki Okawa (former J.League executive and B.League chairman), and our newsletters directly reached potential participants.
